Azotobacter Bio Fertilizer Liquid Formulation

Azotobacter chroococcum product is a bio-fertilizer based on the selective strains of nitrogen-fixing beneficial bacteria of Azotobacter chroococcum. This is available in Water Soluble Powder formulation. Azotobacter chroococcum. It fixes the atmospheric nitrogen through the process of biological nitrogen fixation and makes it available to plant in an easily assailable and utilizable form.

Benefits

  • It increases crop yield. It takes nitrogen from air and makes it available to crop. It also improves the fertility of soil and reduces the use of chemical fertilizers (Urea). It is Harmless, Eco-friendly and low cost agro-input. Adds nutrients to the soil / make them available to the crop & secrete certain growth promoting substances. Helps in the increase of advantageous microorganisms in soil. Azoto-N provides most active form of azotobacter, it starts functioning and increases the advantageous bacteria immediately after application in soil. Azotobacter is also important for fast seed germination, if applied as seed coating.

Dose

  • Seed Treatment: Mix 100ml of Azotobacter liquid per 1000ml of water or mix it with 20gm sugar/jaggery for 1kg of seeds. After being uniformly wet shake them gently to from uniform layer of culture coating. Then dry the seeds in shade for 20-25 minutes.
  • Root Dipping: Mix 100ml of Azotobacter liquid in 5-10 liters of water. Later dip the roots of seedlings up to half an hour before transplantation.
  • Soil Application: Mix 1liter of Azotobacter liquid fertilizer in 100-150 Ltr. of water and apply at 1 acre of land through drip irrigation or drench the soil at proper moisture of land.
